A Yorkshire based-serviced office and property development company is celebrating further expansion as it welcomes new faces to its team and additional assets to its portfolio.


Prospect Property Group, with its head office in Leeds city centre, has today announced two appointments to its sales and procurement team.

The group welcomes two Associate Sales Directors, Paul Hawkins and Becci Strawford, who both bring more than 20 years of experience to the table in businesses growth and developing and closing sales leads.

Andrew Butler, Prospect Property Chief Operating Officer, said: “When it comes to recruitment, we want to ensure the company’s ‘can do’ culture is reciprocated across the entire work force.

“Paul joins the business after helping grow M25-based business Park Royal Investments and Becci’s career in the serviced office broker world is well known; where she played an intricate role in an Office Broker business, and added value to Office Space in Town.

“Both appointments demonstrate Prospect’s commitment to quality before quantity. In recruiting this talented duo, we feel it complements our business as a natural fit for success, we are delighted to have them on board.”

The company has also publicised two further acquisitions to its serviced business centre offering in London, which are already in high demand – taking the portfolio of property up to nine including two centres in Leeds.

Mandeville Place and Furnival are the two new offerings from Prospect. Both have undergone significant refurbishment to provide Grade A office accommodation for businesses of all sizes.

The centres standing at just under 25,000 sq ft combined also benefit from communal meeting rooms, serviced reception areas along with showers, cycling facilities, lounge areas and roof terraces.


Butler added: “We live in a business world where the serviced office industry in many ways has been highly commoditised. Here at Prospect we aim to focus less on size and more on customer service delivery.


“Working hard on our centres means our clients feel valued and are more likely to stay with us. This focus is already paying dividends, as Prospect is not only seeing larger sized enquiries, but clients are staying with us much longer.

Prospect is expected to announce a new venture launch before the end of the year, where it will operate a co-living concept with a 23-storey development in the centre of Leeds.
