Charlie started his career in property in Leeds his home town after obtaining a degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University. After becoming Managing Director of Prospect Business Centres in 2009 he has overseen the expansion into central London and made Prospect one of the most highly regarded providers.
Away from work Charlie has recently retired from playing rugby and now focuses his energy on his two young boys and if he has the energy left runs the odd marathon. The next fitness challenge is a triathlon and although the thought of an iron man sends shivers down his spine, never say never….
Chief Operating Officer
Andrew brings over 20 years experience in the serviced office industry and is helping shape, sculpt and grow the Prospect business and brand. ‘I joined Prospect because unbeknown to many, the company has a long tradition looking after it’s customers and I see that ethos in our senior management and seek to replicate that across the business. I wanted to ensure the ‘can do’ culture we are looking to develop within the business is at the core of everything we do. That is why I am involved in all recruitment of all personnel, and that whilst academic qualifications are important; having life skills and high emotional intelligence are more important.’
Jonathan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction Industry.
Before joining Prospect in 2006 Jonathan worked for a variety of local and regional private practices before he co- founded Oakapple Construction Ltd in 2000. Jonathan grew the company from a turnover of £1.8m to £27m in six years when he left to join the Prospect Property Group.
Associate Sales Director
Becci’s career in the serviced office broker world is well known; where she played an intricate role in an Office Broker business, and added value to Office Space in Town. Becci brings a wealth of 20+ years’ experience to the table in businesses growth and developing & closing sales leads. On a more personal note Becci loves her two Doberman’s, baking, playing rugby and has starred on Come Dine With Me.
Associate Sales Director
Paul joins the business after helping grow M25 based business Park Royal Investments and has over 20 years of experience in the industry, after graduating from the University of Greenwich in Business, Finance and Economics. He is a highly experienced consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Strong consulting professional skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Sales, Facility Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
Head Of Business Excellence
Before joining the team Rosie previously worked for a virtual PA company in Hertford. She started working for Prospect in July 2014 as Front of House Receptionist at Becket House. After being with the company for 5 years she is now Head of Business Excellence and over sees our multiple locations in our London Portfolio. Outside of work she enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends and is always keen to get to as many Festivals as possible in the summer.
Leeds Area Sales Manager
Shelley worked in Finance before joining the Prospect House team at the end of 2006. As the company has grown, Shelley has progressed through the ranks and to become Business Manager at Fountain House. Over the years Shelley has gained an extensive knowledge of the serviced office industry and has the ability to turn her hand to anything. She now deals with all sales for the Leeds area. Shelley prides herself on the strong relationships that she builds with her clients and ensures we always do our best to accommodate their requirements.
