Yorkshire-based serviced office provider, Prospect Business Centres, has experienced a 25% increase in enquiry levels for its Leeds offices during the first half of 2010, compared with the same period last year. Six months of continued growth represents the first sustained increase in demand since 2008, highlighting the popularity of the serviced office concept in the face of ongoing economic instability.
The serviced office provider has experienced a surge in activity over the last three months in particular, with a high percentage of enquiries converting into tenancy agreements.
