Prospect Business Centres has invested £100,000 into its flagship office building, Prospect House on Sovereign Street in Leeds, with the full refurbishment of its ground floor office suites, reception and communal areas.
The 2,500 sq ft space can accommodate office requirements of between two and 40 desks in a number of layouts, its flexibility making it suitable for a range of tenants who are looking for top quality business space without the overheads associated with traditional offices.
Charlie Cudworth, managing director of Prospect Business Centres said: “We are constantly looking for ways to improve our offering and were presented with an unusual opportunity to refurbish the entire ground floor of Prospect House without disrupting any of our occupiers. Our attention to quality and detail has always set us apart and is a theme we remain committed to, using top quality furnishings and decor throughout to create a smart and stylish business environment.
“Ongoing enquiries remain high as interest in the serviced office proposition grows and this latest investment ensures we are well placed to offer some of the best quality space currently available in the city.”
The newly refurbished offices are available now to potential tenants expanding existing businesses or those looking to gain a flexible foothold in Leeds.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Prospect House was the first offering of its kind in Yorkshire, introducing the serviced office concept to Leeds-based businesses in 1980. The building has two sister sites, Fountain House in Leeds and Apollo House in York, and Prospect Business Centres is in the process of acquiring a number of new buildings in Yorkshire and the south of England as it expands its portfolio.
